Terms & conditions

  1. Tis Club membership costs ₹99 (inclusive of GST) and is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date your payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically.
  2. Members get a flat 15% off on Tis perfumes (50ml and 100ml), applied automatically in the cart.
  3. The 15% member discount is not applicable on the Tester Pack, bundle offers (such as Any 3 × 50ml for ₹1,899) or Buy 1 Get 1 / BOGO offers, and cannot be combined with any other discount. If more than one offer applies to your cart, the single best offer is applied automatically.
  4. Members get free delivery on all orders within India, including Cash on Delivery orders.
  5. Benefits work only when you're logged in with the same email used to buy the membership. They start once your payment is confirmed and apply from your next order (not on the order in which the membership is bought).
  6. Membership must be paid online. Membership orders placed with Cash on Delivery will not be activated.
  7. Membership is personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.
  8. Birthday and anniversary goodies are sent only when dates are shared at sign-up, once per occasion per membership year, and are subject to availability.
  9. Early access to new launches is shared by email/WhatsApp; launch stock is limited.
  10. Tis (The Inspired Store) may change or end the programme with prior notice. Existing members keep their benefits until their membership end date.
