Refund policy

All sales are final. For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on perfume bottles, whether opened or unopened.

Damaged or incorrect orders ⚠️ If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.theinspiredstore@gmail.com  with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.

Cancellations ⚠️ Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery ⚠️ Please place COD orders only if you intend to accept them. Repeatedly refused COD deliveries may lead to COD being disabled for future orders.
