These terms apply to your use of theinspiredstore.in (the "Store"), operated by theinspiredstore, 810–811, Shivalik Shilp 2, Judges Bungalow Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015, India. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products. Tis perfumes are original formulations created in-house. Where a product is described as "inspired by" another fragrance, this describes its scent profile only. Tis is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other fragrance house or brand. All third-party brand and fragrance names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Fragrance performance (including longevity) varies with skin type, climate and application. Patch-test before use and stop using if irritation occurs. For external use only; keep away from children, eyes and open flame.

2. Orders & pricing. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will be refunded in full.

3. Offers. Offers and discounts are valid for the period stated, cannot be combined unless specified, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. All sales are final as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property. All content on the Store (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to theinspiredstore or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
